How long does it take to build?

This is not an easy question to answer BUT I’ll do my best.
We know if you’ve ordered a machine from us you want it pronto and we want to meet your expectations. After all we want to make you happy.
There are 2 factors that will dictate how long our lead time. They are
1 - Current workload
2 - Build time
We are looking to sell workshop capacity and our job is to fill that capacity with orders for your machines. If we are busy then it could be a few weeks before we can start your build. To get around that and if you are on a tight timeline for your equipment you can reserve workshop capacity at the initial enquiry stage. Just ask us when our next availability is and ask if you can reserve it whilst we sort out the details of your order. We may ask your to pay a small deposit to secure the build slot but this is a sensible way of shortening the lead time whilst we finalise the details on your order. As soon as the details have been agreed we can get straight into the build.
The build time is the build time and although we have quite an efficient process in our workshop it still takes time to carry out the physical build.
Examples of lead times is below
Conveyors 2-3 weeks for standard units
Trommels 6-8 weeks
Miniscreens 4 weeks
Deck screens 4-6 weeks
